Banja Luka is the second largest city in Bosnia and Herzegovina and a center of the economy, education, administration and politics in the Republic of Srpska. The city is situated on the Vrbas River, with the stunning canyon which you will be riding through later in the day.

The race starts at 5 AM but it will not be a hard start to the day, as you will be greeted with gentle rolling terrain and smooth roads for the first 40 km, so you will be able to get into the rhythm and set yourself for the first climb of the day.
